1. What the app is for

   Use the app only to make ads and explainers for your own HighLevel SaaS brand. It is not a general AI video tool, and you may not use it as one. Magnific's terms require this.

2. What you cannot make

   Ads that use other companies' names or logos, political ads, adult content, misleading claims, or real people's faces or voices without their permission. No explicit nudity, vulgar or abusive content in any video or upload. The script checks block briefs and scripts that break these rules.

3. Where videos can go

   Online ads, your website, social media, sales calls and email. Videos may not be used on TV or streaming services.

4. Stock and AI media

   Some footage and AI shots come from Magnific. Magnific's terms apply to them, and we pass those terms on to you.

5. Your uploads

   Before you upload a logo, font, footage, photo or music, you confirm you hold the rights. We check every logo you upload for other companies' names and logos, and for content that breaks our rules.

6. Your videos and data

   Your free trial is 1 ad, with a watermark. Finished videos show only your brand. You can download them while you are subscribed. If you cancel, we keep them 90 days so you can still watch them in the app. You can ask us to delete everything about you, and we do it within 30 days.
